Named Screw-Top Jar

A jar with a real screw thread at any size, a round, hexagonal, fluted or twisted body, and a two-piece lid with a swappable raised name disc.

A 1.5-turn thread, 4 mm pitch, 45° flanks (no supports). Clearances chosen for PETG: "Standard" suits most printers.

4 Lid

A two-piece lid like a mason jar: the threaded ring clamps the name disc onto the jar mouth. The disc can be reprinted with another name, and it doubles as the seal.
