How to get a GPX file from Strava

Open strava.com in a browser (on a phone: Chrome/Safari in "Desktop site" mode) and sign in.
Open your activity.
Click the ⋯ (three dots) button on the left, then "Export GPX".
From the Strava app: Share the activity → copy the link → open it in a browser, then follow step 3.
Upload that .gpx file here. Distance, time and date fill in automatically (you can change them).

Garmin, Komoot and any other app that exports GPX work too.
